Do friends and family members tell you that you’re too hard on yourself?
Is your self-talk negative, judgmental, or just plain mean?
Do you have a goal to be kinder to yourself but don’t know how to start?
Have you thought about what life would be like if you were more self-compassionate?
Do you believe that you need to be self-critical in order to achieve your goals?
An online self-compassion growth group will begin meeting on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at 6:30 pm Eastern/3:30 pm Pacific. (If you are outside the US, you can convert the time zone difference by clicking here.)
This group will meet for a total of eight (8) one-hour sessions that will take place via a live webinar. The investment is just two payments of $149 each and participants are asked to make a commitment to attending all sessions. Each webinar will be recorded for future listening. Together we’ll be working through The Mindful Self-Compassion Workbook and other materials. Homework assignments will be given each week.
