An intimate women’s self-compassion growth group will begin meeting on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at 5:30 pm. My office is located in downtown Waco and is easily accessible to Baylor University students.
This group will meet for a total of eight (8) one-hour sessions. The cost is $150 per week and participants are asked to make a commitment to attending all sessions. Together we’ll be working through The Mindful Self-Compassion Workbook. Homework assignments will be given each week.
Please note that this is a self-pay program and insurance is not accepted.
